We are really excited about our topic this term! We will be reading lots of stories with imaginary creatures and using these as a stimulus for our English lessons. We will learn about instructions and will create our own stories about an imaginary creature. In Geography, we will learn about maps and compare our own community with communities in different places. In Science we will be learning about different materials and testing their properties. We will use lots of different media in Art and will continue with Gym and Dance in our PE lessons. This term, all children will receive Math's homework. We will continue to strengthen our skills in adding and subtracting, practising our mental math's as well as the useful tools like number lines that can help us.
