Incredible Inventions!
This term is going to be a little different due to the current lockdown situation, but we will still be planning lots of fun learning activities for you to do safely at home.
In our 'Incredible Inventions' topic we are going to be learning all about inventions from the past and the amazing people who designed and created them. We will then become inventors ourselves, drawing clearly labelled diagrams and using our knowledge of everyday materials to help us make models of our own fantastic machines. We will use our English skills to create instruction and explanation texts and develop our art skills by drawing persuasive advertising posters and packaging designs.

Miss Galvin will also we recording the reading of our class book this term 'Sky Song' which is about an inventor from a magical world. You can listen to this on our Video Resource section of the school website.
