Our first challenge this month was learning how to say the value!
We have managed it - yes, we are looking at Integrity during March.
We all had a really good go at trying to think about what integrity would look like in action and combining the answers we have come up with two definitions:
1. Treating others as we would like to be treated
2. Doing the right thing all of the time - even when it is not easy.
We will be looking for people who show our value in the ways above over the course of the month and our video below reminds us of doing the right thing.
