We will be beginning our Diamond Jubilee celebrations this term with a disco on Wednesday 16th Jan. Keep a look out for that information. There will also be a year 2 challenge next week. We will read 60 stories in a week (don't panic, this will be shared between the 26 children). We will have a chart in the classroom. If your child reads a whole story at home - not their regular reading book - please send in a slip, which I will give the children to bring home, and we will add it to our totaliser. This will be a great challenge and a fantastic way to find out the children's thought on their books.
