As scientists we will:
Recognise we need light to see things and that darkness is the absence of light. We will also be talking about what happens to light when it is reflected off of a surface. We are going to be investigating what happens to light when it is blocked by an opaque object and what happens to shadows when the distance between the light source and the object changes
