COMPASS POINTS

To begin our topic we worked on the compass points in order to describe the location of the countries, continents, rivers and oceans. We talked about why a compass and direction is important especially to the RAF. 

 

We also discussed remembering the points of a compass with mnemonics we had the following suggestions: 

Never Eat Shredded Wheat

Never Eat Sea Weed

Naughty Elephants Squirt Water

Norman Eats Salty Wedges

Never Eat Salty Wedges 

 

We hope that this helps any/all pilots remember the compass points!!
