This term we will be exploring Space !
We will be learning all about the sun , the moon and the different planets in our solar system. We will be designing and building rockets and learning about what you need to become an Astronaut. And we will definitely be looking for Aliens !
We will be able to investigate what life is like in our International Space Station role play area and through watching real interviews with Astronauts. There will be plenty of opportunities to create space art, and making moon sand and alien slime in the small world area.
Outdoors, we will be investigating how stomp rockets work and making moon cakes in the mud kitchen. We will also be designing moon buggies and space aircraft using our Playpod materials.
It's going to be out of this world !
