Good morning Year 6,

I hope you have had a a fantastic weekend. So this week, I am awaiting a video from Ally Sherrick answering some of your questions. I am very, very excited to see the video she sends.

So this week, we will be finishing off learning about Space and moving on to SOUND. I hope you have some fun with learning about SOUND.

Have an amazing week Year 6 and keep sending in the work to the homelearning email address, I LOVE seeing what you are all getting up to at home.

Good morning Year 6 and welcome to week 3 of Summer 1. I hope you all had a lovely weekend, thank goodness the rain stopped! So above is the link for the work this week. I have changed how we are going to do things a little bit so each English and Maths lesson has a focus from now on.

Also, I don't know if you saw on last Fridays page but I do have a very exciting message for you all:

Ally Sherrick (author of Black Powder) LOVED your thank you messages and she has asked if she could send you guys a quick video. She thought it would be a good idea for you all to come up with some questions for me to send to her and then she can answer them in the video. SO if you would like to send in a question to Ally about the book (that we have read so far - we don't want any spoilers) or being an author please do send them in to the HOMELEARNING email address. How exciting that we are going to be able to ask an author some questions!!

Finally, Friday marks the 75th Anniversary of VE Day, so actvities on Friday will all be aimed around the celebration of this day. I have a feeling this week is going to be a good one.....
