Gazelle - Year 2
Welcome to Year 2
We have a brilliant year planned for you as we learn about everything from buses to bunnies!
You have 2 teachers in Year 2. Mrs Hastings will teach you in the Mornings and Mrs Haythorne will teach you after lunch. Mrs Davies, Mrs Wales and Mrs Webb are our teaching assistants. Parents, please feel free to approach any one of us if you wish to pass on information or make an appointment for a longer chat.
In Year 2 we take the opportunity to show all that we have learned since beginning school.
We have a big focus on English, Maths and Science and try to complement this with fantastic hands-on topic work which nurtures our independence skills so we are ready to begin Key Stage 2.
