We have a very exciting topic this term, as chosen by the children before the holidays: 'Toys and Games'- please see the Curriculum Brochure saved below for further information about this. We will be learning all about Toys and Games from the past and present, how toys are powered and how to make an electrical circuit. We will design and make our own toys. We will play various games in PE and learn about good sportsmanship.
Our Outcome this term will be an exhibition in the final week of term. We will create a Toy Museum to show you all the toys we have made and some of the interesting facts we have learnt about toys. You will be welcome to come to this Exhibition- more information will be given nearer the time. If parents or grandparents have any photos of their own toys from their childhood, we would love to share them with the class.
