If your child is unwell on the day and they are unable to be vaccinated they will be invited to book into a Catch Up Clinic.
If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the School Nurse Team on the number above or email flu.schoolnurses@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk. please include your child’s name, date of birth and the school they attend.
Reception and KS1 children are given fresh fruit each day which school receives from the government as part of the Healthy Schools scheme. Therefore, children in Reception and KS1 are not required to bring in a snack for the morning break. Should your child wish to purchase one item from the tuck shop as an alternative to the fruit supplied, this is available to them if they are in Years 1 or 2.
Children in KS2 should bring in a healthy snack each day for morning break. This can be fruit, yoghurt or cheese. If preferred, they can purchase one item from the tuck shop.
Items from the tuck shop cost 35p each.
Thank you for your cooperation.
