We were SO lucky tp be asked if we wanted a visit from Astronaut Al Worden along with Vix Southgate, a friend of the school. Of course we had to say YES! On 6th October Al and Vix visited and spoke to all children in the hall first followed by Q and A sessions in class.
it was a real privilege to have such an important person in school to inspire our children and he gave across the message about not giving in and using growth mindset which we were very familiar with.
