The Olympics
We are going to learn about the Olympic Games that are going to be held in Rio in Brazil this summer.
Over the holiday and beyond please save any interesting articles and pictures from magazines as this will help the children's projects.
They are going to produce an individual hand written project on a GB athlete who is going to the Olympics. We will work on the projects at school but they may also be set as homework.

As part of the project we are going to the River and Rowing museum in Henley to learn about what it takes to become an Olympic oarsman.
We are going on Wednesday 15th June and the details have already been sent out so please return the forms as soon as possible.
