Term 3- Famous Scientists
Wow what an amazing Topic!
Thank you to everyone for sending in their topic homework. The children and the teachers have learned so much from each other this term as we have all found out facts about different scientists.
The children produced some beautiful artwork, based on close observation and inspired that the work Charles Darwin did as a botanical artist.
They also had a brilliant day working with year 6 to make their own working vacuum cleaners.
Our topic was all rounded off with a trip to Winchester Science Centre. This will be useful for our work about nature in term 4 as well as our work about Night-Time in term 5.
