Welcome to the Chinook Class Homepage! 

Welcome back. After what was one of the weirdest times I have experienced in my years of teaching,  I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are ready for the exciting year ahead. Through a mixture of myself and the children, we will aim to keep this page frequently updated with whats going on in class so please check back from time to time.

Mr Gair is the class teacher supported by Mrs Hill in the mornings. 

P.E.

Please bring P.E. kit in on a Monday and then returned home on a Friday.

Homework 

All homework is handed out on a Monday and is to be returned on a Thursday.
You will be given a variety of English, Maths and Spellings. Please take some time to look through the homework early enough in the week so if the child or adult is in anyway unsure about the tasks set, there is time for us to support. Please communicate any difficulties with the adults in Chinook by arranging to meet with us through the office before or after school or by writing us a note. We are more than happy to help! 

Reading 
Please try to read for at least 10 minutes per day and mark this in your home reading record, this way if you are having difficulties, we know how to help you. We read in class too so make sure reading records and books are in your bag each day
