In this topic we will be finding out how a number of different objects are made and planning and making our own objects to sell and to bring home. We will be briefly learning a range of skills that we can then develop across the school year.
Let's not forget Christmas!
This term is extremely busy for Year 2 children as it is our responsibility to write and lead the Christmas production. We will be working really hard and will need your support to help us learn and practise our lines.
Extra opportunities this term include visits from a planetarium and an science show. We have some real budding scientists in this class who did a great job on science day last term!
The teachers in Year 2 remain the same this term, so come and see anyone of us if you have a query and we look forward to seeing all of you on Parents' Evening in week 3.
