Welcome back to a new term and a new academic year. I hope you have had a wonderful and busy summer and are now eager to get back to school to exciting learning that will be taking place on our topic of the Romans!
The children will be learning many things to do with the Romans (see curriculum brochure below for more details).
We will also be spending a week doing some work on World War 1 to celebrate the 100th anniversary. This will take place during the week beginning 15th September.
We have some exciting times ahead!
Please remember to bring your PE kit into school every day as the children need to participate in the lessons and these are sometimes subject to change due to the weather etc.
The teacher in Year 4 is Miss Olive and the teaching assistant is Mrs Whitty.
