Autumn 2 - Wonderful World

This term is going to be very exciting, busy and  fun filled  frown

 

In the run up to Christmas, Red and Blue Griffin Classes will be preparing for the Nativity, and also creating wonderful crafts to raise money at the Christmas Fair.

                                                                                                                                                     

 

As the topic name 'Wonderful World' suggests, this term the Year 1 children will be focussing their learning on Geography, finding out about the continents and oceans, developing map reading skills such as coordinates and compass directions as well as comparing England with an African country- discovering similarities and differences.
