We really can all make a difference!

...to our families, to our friends, to our school and the community and to the planet.

This term we will be thinking about our uniqueness. What makes me, me? How are we all special in our own ways? How can we care for each other the best we can?

We will also be thinking about how caring for others can extend to the people around the world and the planet itself. We will learn about children who have made a difference on a small scale or on a global scale.

In addition to our topic, we have a huge variety of extra activities this term, with discos, breakfasts, sports day, dance workshops, a spitfire exhibition, a school trip and, to top it off, an assembly for parents to come along and help us to raise money for a charity close to the children's hearts.

As well as all this, we will be taking a look back on the things we have learnt this year and revisit them. How much of what we have learnt has been truly remembered? What were the important facts and skills that we want to take with us into Year 4?

I definitely think we will deserve our Summer holiday when it arrives!
