Groovy Greeks
Our Autumn 1 focus is History and the Groovy Greeks. We will look at the daily lives of the Greeks, how they influenced modern day democracy and why we thank them for our Olympic Games. In Art we will be researching Greek Pottery and its uses before designing and creating our own.
In English we will be learning about fables and 'The boy who cried horse!', learning how stories can teach us morals in life. After this we will become newspaper reporters and create a news paper article about the invasion at Troy.
