Autumn 1: Historical Heroes

Historical Heroes

For Reception, this term is all about getting to know about our new school, our new teachers and our new friends. Year 1 will be learning new routines, managing different expectations and even have some new subjects such as ICT.

Our first topic is Historical Heroes, we will start by looking at our own personal history and developing our knowledge of time lines. We will then look at the lives of 3 amazing individuals from different points in history. We will look at how their actions can influence us today and how we can be heroes ourselves.

Keep your checking this page for updates and photos of all the fun things we get up to.
