We are geography-led this term, further developing our understanding of seasonal and daily weather patterns in the United Kingdom, and the locations of hot and cold areas of the World in relation to the Equator and the North and South Poles.
We will then link this to key human features and land use around the school and its immediate area, whilst developing our map-making skills. We would love to invite you along to an open class workshop on Friday 4th July, to share our skills and teach you how to draw your own map. You can be as creative as you like!
In science we will revisit our living things and their habitats knowledge, considering the impact rural or city life has on local animals, food chains and the adaptations they make to survive in our changing ever-changing world.
